What we collect

Your email and, if you choose, your city, career stage and interests. If you join, also your answers, the jobs you save or hide, your chats with the job guide, and any resume text you paste.

Visit statistics

We use two tools to see which pages help people most:

• Vercel Web Analytics counts page views, the site that sent you, your country and device type. It uses no cookies and does not identify you.
• Google Analytics runs only on our public pages (home, help, privacy, terms and demo), never inside your account. It sets cookies and records page views, rough location (city level), device and browser, and two actions: joining the waitlist and sending a question, with the topic only. It never receives your name, email, answers, resume or job details.

To opt out of Google Analytics, block cookies for todayforme.com in your browser or use Google's opt-out add-on.

How we use it

Only to find and rank jobs for you, to coach you, and to email you about your account. We do not sell your information or use it for ads.

Who processes it

We use trusted service providers: Supabase (our database), Vercel (hosting), and Anthropic (the AI that powers the job guide and job search). Your chat messages and answers are sent to the AI only to give you answers and job matches.

To find jobs, your city and what you are looking for (job types, pay, distance, schedule) are sent to the AI, which searches the web for openings. Your email and resumes are not part of those searches.

How long we keep it

Invite requests: until we invite you, or at most 12 months. Accounts: until you ask us to delete them; deleted chats and resumes are removed right away.

Your choices

You can delete your resumes and chat any time in Settings, turn off emails with one click, or ask us to delete your account by writing to hello@todayforme.com.

Security

Each person can only see their own information. Please don't paste your home address, ID numbers or bank details.
